Here's your step-by-step guide to becoming a master of the Flying Chair Challenge:

1. Prepare for Take-off

• Find a sturdy chair – your dining chair will do just fine.

• Clear some space around you, enough for a graceful (or not-so-graceful) landing.

• Wear comfortable clothes that allow for full leg extension.

2. The Magic Position

• Locate your "sweet spot" – a comfy zone slightly below your belly button, where your hip bone meets your abdomen.

• Gently rest your elbow at this point on the chair's back rest. Imagine it's a comfy armrest for your floating journey.

• Place your other hand on the seat for an extra grip.

3. Lift-off Sequence

• With your core engaged, slowly lift your legs off the ground, extending them straight out in front of you.

Have you tried the flying chair challenge? Trust me, it's a lot easier than it seems, and you don't need strength to do it. All you need to do is balance your elbow between your belly button and your hip bone. Then place one hand on the back of the chair and the other hand on the seat, and lay on your elbow in that position. Then, you simply lift your legs, lean forward, and use your grip on the chair to shift your balance until it looks like you're flying.
