“I’m going to run out of money”

💭 Yesterday, I woke up in the middle of the night to these thoughts flooding my mind:

• “I’m going to run out of money”

• “I can’t do this”

• “I’m going to let everyone down”

✋Context on why I’m afraid: A few months ago my wife and I started a business to help people find time and money to practice their passions. Before officially starting, we committed to giving away 90% any take-home profit from this new business (more on that later).

🧡 If you know me, you know I work at Elevation Church. To make it clear, I never plan to leave. I absolutely love what I get to do and the people I get to do it with. But just because I work at a church, doesn’t mean I should settle in and be comfortable. We are all called to grow our faith.

⚡️As new Christian entrepreneurs, we’re hyper focused on helping others find more time, money, and resources to practice what they feel called to.

🙋🏼‍♀️ Megan is using her 20 years of leadership, DEI and John Maxwell Consulting certification to invest in new leaders, building healthy cultures, and making the world a better place to work.

🙋🏻‍♂️ I’m using my 15 years of building communities, trainings, systems, and digital products online & in person to help people become financially free to do what they feel called to do. 💭 So when I say I woke up the other night feeling afraid… I meant it. Thankfully, those verses came immediately to mind because we’re in our Bibles daily. We have to be for this. We’re choosing faith over fear. Whatever happens, we know God doesn’t waste faith.
