15 years ago I started training with Wim Hof, The Iceman. Back then, no one knew who he was. Fast forward 2 years, we tackled multiple challenges together, climbed mountains, ran a 5k and 10k barefoot in the snow in Finland, then wrote a book about it telling the world how they can do the same.
