Steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Then Accessibility

3. Then Spoken Content

4. Select Speak Selection

5. Then Speak Screen

6. Increase the Speaking Rate if you’d like

7. Click on Touch

8. Then Back Tap

9. Triple tap

10. Scroll down and select Speak Screen

11. Finally, go to your Kindle Book and triple tap the Apple icon on the back of your iPhone to get it to read your kindle books outloud on your screen
