When I first became a manager, I had no boss, no mentor, and no idea what I was doing. Furthermore, only a few days into it, the client threatened the livelihood of my whole team. I was alone and in trouble, and it seemed like everything was working against me. That moment stayed with me over the years, and I started this podcast because I think everyone deserves to have a fair shot, and I never want you to feel as alone and as helpless as I did in that moment.
